Most practices book you straight into a syringe. We do not. The consultation exists so that the plan is made with a clear head, in writing, and away from the moment of decision. It is the single most useful forty-five minutes in the whole process.

A prescription medicine injected into specific muscles to reduce their movement. Dose and injection points are mapped at consultation against your own anatomy and expression, not against a standard template.

We treat conservatively on a first appointment and review at two weeks, where the dose can be adjusted upward. Starting light and adding is straightforward. The reverse is not.

Hyaluronic acid gels of differing firmness, placed at specific depths to restore or support structure. Planning is done by region and in sequence, so that one area is assessed before the next is considered.

We do not sell filler by the syringe or in packages, because that pricing model rewards volume rather than judgment.

Energy and device

Controlled thermal injury delivered in a fractionated pattern, leaving untreated skin between columns to support healing. Settings are selected for your skin type, and a test patch is standard for higher-risk phototypes.

This treatment has real recovery. We will not book it in the week before an event, and we will say so.

Filtered light absorbed selectively by pigment and haemoglobin. Usually delivered as a short course with intervals of several weeks, and always after the pigment itself has been examined.

Pigmentation has several distinct causes and they do not all respond to light. Identifying which one you have is the point of the consultation.

Skin and medical dermatology

A systematic examination of the skin using dermoscopy, with lesions of interest photographed and measured for comparison at future visits. Findings and any recommended follow-up are documented and sent to you in writing.

Cosmetic patients are offered this examination as a matter of course. A face is easier to plan when the skin on it has been properly looked at.

Active acne is treated medically before any scar work begins. Resurfacing an actively inflamed face is a common and expensive mistake, and we will decline to do it.

Once the disease is stable, scar treatment is planned by scar type, because rolling, boxcar, and ice-pick scars do not respond to the same intervention.

Dr. Morgan is a board-certified dermatologist with fellowship training in cutaneous laser surgery. He founded Morgan Aesthetic Medicine after a decade in hospital and private dermatology, on a simple premise: that the assessment matters more than the device, and that a patient who has been told the truth returns for twenty years.

He teaches injection anatomy to physicians entering the field and sits on the clinical advisory panel of a device manufacturer, a relationship declared to every patient for whom that device is recommended.

He conducts every first consultation himself. It is the least efficient thing the practice does, and the reason it works.

What we will
and will not do.

Most of what separates one aesthetic practice from another is not the equipment. It is what the practice refuses to do when refusing costs it money. Ours is written down.

  • We do not run flash sales.

    Prices are the same in January as they are in June. A treatment that is worth doing is worth doing at its price, and a treatment that needs a countdown timer to make sense was never the right treatment.

  • We do not treat on the first visit.

    First-time injectable patients leave with a written plan and a separate appointment. You decide at home. Nobody has ever regretted taking a week.

  • We do not advertise with before-and-after photographs.

    Clinical photography is taken for your record and stays there. Photographs shown in advertising are selected precisely because they are the exception, which makes them a poor basis for your decision.

  • We will tell you no.

    Some patients are better served by a different treatment, a different specialty, or nothing at all. You will hear that plainly, and the consultation fee still buys you a written opinion worth having.

  • One physician sets every plan.

    Delivery may be shared with our clinical team. The assessment, the plan, and every injectable treatment are the physician's own work.

  • Your record belongs to you.

    Notes, photographs, and treatment history are released to you or to any practitioner you name, on request, without a conversation about why you are asking.

Aesthetic medicine is maintenance, not a purchase. These are the two structures we use to keep care continuous, priced so that staying with the practice is worth more than shopping for the next promotion.

The ones that actually come up on the phone. If yours is not here, call the practice and ask for the clinical team rather than reception.

Because a free consultation is a sales appointment wearing a white coat, and both sides know it. Someone has to pay for forty-five minutes of physician time, and if it is not you, it is paid for by the pressure to leave with something booked.

The fee is credited in full against any treatment booked within ninety days. If you decide against treatment entirely, you keep the written assessment, and we consider that a fair exchange.

Not if it is your first injectable treatment with us. You will leave with a plan and a separate appointment, usually within the following two weeks.

Returning patients on an established plan are often treated the same day where clinically appropriate.

Three structural answers. Nobody at the practice is paid commission on treatment. The plan is sequenced, so that it names what to do now and what to leave for another year. And it is written down, which means you can take it to another physician for a second opinion, and we would rather you did than proceed unsure.

Then that is the plan, and it is written down like any other. It happens most weeks. Sometimes the recommendation is a medical treatment rather than a cosmetic one, sometimes a different specialty, and sometimes to change nothing and come back in two years.

It depends entirely on the treatment, and honest answers here are specific rather than reassuring. Injectable appointments are short and use fine needles, with topical numbing where appropriate. Resurfacing and device treatments involve real recovery, measured in days, and we plan them around your calendar rather than the other way round.

Every appointment carries its expected recovery in writing before you book it, and we will move a treatment rather than let you go into an event unprepared.

They are stored in your clinical record, used for comparison at your reviews, and shown to nobody outside your care. We do not use patient photography in advertising, on social media, or in the practice. There is no consent form to decline, because we do not ask.

For planned courses and programs, yes, through a third-party medical finance provider. Terms come from them, not from us, and we have no financial interest in whether you use it.

The Maintenance Plan exists for the same reason and is usually the better structure, because it accrues credit rather than debt.

Say so when you book, and bring whatever record you have, including product names and dates if you know them. Assessment of previous treatment is a normal part of the consultation and there is no awkwardness in it from our side.

If the appropriate answer is time rather than intervention, we will tell you that too.
